In this “Out and About” we go to Manchester Metrolink once more.
In March 2024 two trams in the Manchester Metrolink fleet received adverts for Starling Bank, one of which was 3091. The plain white advert marked the return to advertising on the trams for the bank who previously advertised on a couple of trams in July and August 2022. On this visit 3091 was part of a double unit with a service to Rochdale via Market Street when seen at St Peter’s Square. (Photograph by Geoff Hope, 11th March 2024)
